A licensed 2004 incense burner built around The Wall artwork
This Pink Floyd The Wall incense burner is a long resin brick wall with the album's red hand-lettered logo across the front and a cartoon figure in a dark suit draped over the top, screaming. The style follows Gerald Scarfe's artwork for The Wall album and the 1982 film.
The bottom is marked (c)2004 Tin Blue Limited, Under License by Signatures Network, and Licensed & Produced by C&D Visionary Inc. C&D Visionary makes licensed band merchandise such as stickers, patches, buttons and mugs, and in 2004 it also made incense burners for Pink Floyd, including a Dark Side of the Moon version.
The store sticker reads IBN-06 Pink Floyd. The "IBN" code matches the incense burner line, and the brick pushed out of one end of the wall is where the incense goes.
Marks from the owner's photos. C&D Visionary's 2004 Pink Floyd incense burners from a WorthPoint record of a boxed The Wall burner and an eBay listing of the Dark Side of the Moon burner. Merchandise range from C&D Visionary product listings on Amazon.
A cream brick wall with the red Pink Floyd The Wall logo and a screaming figure on top
The Pink Floyd The Wall incense burner is a long, low wall of pale cream bricks with blue-gray mortar lines and a speckled stone texture. "PINK FLOYD THE WALL" runs across the front in tall, dripping red brush letters with a small registered mark. One brick juts out of the left end. On top, a lanky figure in a navy suit and red-and-yellow striped tie hangs over the wall, gripping the bricks with a bony gray claw. His pale lavender head bends down, with two large round goggle eyes, spiky horn-like hair and a wide-open screaming mouth.
A Pink Floyd brick wall statue with a screaming suited figure on top, marked C&D Visionary 2004, is this piece.
